[DECtalk] mod talker

hmm harmonised speech like a vocoder.
Would sound quite sifi.
Are there any scripts or anything for jaws?
I can't use either program mod talk and inv tool in that program, to 
a limited extent I can use hal but.
I havn't been able to nut it all out.
