[DECtalk] mod talker

Well thats strange, I tried this with my software, sam didn't even 
detect the voice.
And well every voice usually plays even in control panel/speech mode.
This one did not.
Its a pitty this does not work as expected, as I was hoping to use 
the system for an unlimited synth thingy maybe some speech recordings.
Can this modtalker and invtool accept stuff from other files other 
than stuff recorded if they have speech in them?
Or just wav files in general?
That could open the way to some interesting voices already set as synthetic.
The trek comps come to mind, both voyager, tng, and tos as I have a 
load of files on each plus the elete force 1 and 2, and ofcause some 
borg stuff.
