[DECtalk] A very interesting program

Hi,
SAPI5, but it isn't working yet for lots of blind people for some unknown
reason and the developers know this but it works fine on their systems.

now the important question? could you use this synthwithjaws? or its own
little reader program? meaning is it sappy four, or sappy five?
