[DECtalk] mod talker

Hi I have a few questions.
I just downloaded and installed all componants.
I use jaws and hal.
I have a few questions.
How do you record your own voice in the inv tool?
How do you get the good quality voice to select in mod talker?
How do you get mod talker  voice speaking for sapi?
I tried with the control panel /speech/tts page and it said the voice 
can not play or something to that effect.
I have the entire 162mb of files on the system as I write this.
