[DECtalk] Fonix DECtalk Adds New Platforms and Languages

Hi, How did you even find out about this article because on the dectalk 
web page I found no information and even subgested to fonix that if 
gwmicro won't sell the current version of dectalk to look for another 
reseller.  I have sent this artical to freedomscientific for possible 
inclution in the packmate PDA and also to pulsedata for possible 
inclution in the braille note and scansoft for possible inclution in the 
talx package for mobile phones so hopfully we will see more dectalk
