[DECtalk] DECtalk Express repairs

Hello,
We have seven DECtalk Express units in our house, and recently one of them
stopped working.  Took it to our local tech and he fixed the long standing
problem with the charging circuit but couldn't get it going again so it's
probably a speech issue or something.  It just sort of makes a weird noise
when you turn it on.
My question is, does anybody still repair these units in the US?  What with
all the DECtalk going to Force, then Phonix, I'm not in touch with this type
of thing any more.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.
