DECtalk 4.6.4Hi,
If you're interested in just playing with DECtalk, there's a demo of version 4.3 available at the DECtalk archive.  If you want it, let me know and I'll provide a URL.  If you actually want to use DECtalk as your speech synthesizer for your screen reader, I can't help you.  Access32 is probably still available but you'll have to buy it.
